Eitetsu Hayashi

Japanese Taiko drummer Eitetsu Hayashi and his professional ensemble Fuun-no-Kai were part of a set of community based residencies in Cleveland and Dublin OH.

ACCAD was approached with the unique opportunity to motion capture Eitetsu Hayashi and Fuun-no-Kai. We greatfully accepted the opportunity because it would be a wonderful addition to our Cultural Database colection, and ACCAD was able to turn the motion capture data into animations that were shown before their Drumbeats of Taiko show on April 30th, 2005.
