Film Synopsis
The Fox and the Grapes is a tale about the conflict between what you want and what you can get. It tells the story of how this little fox, who, although failing to find its way to grapes high up on a vine, manages to overcome its limitations and gets exactly what it wanted.

Director's Bio - IURI LIOI
Iuri Lioi has just earned a MFA degree from The Department of Design’s Digital Animation and Interactive Media (DAIM) program at The Ohio State University. His thesis topic focuses on the development of framework for the process of character design for computer animation. Lioi was active in both academic and research opportunities at ACCAD as part of his MFA program. Most recently, he developed design concepts for a video game,The Bakery Shop, that teaches principles of economics to second graders, and designed and animated as part of a collaborative group project on James Thurber’s dog drawings for the January ’09 Columbus ProMusica Chamber Orchestra live performance. Lioi received his BSc in Product Design and Visual Communication Design from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), Brazil. He joins Dreamworks Animation in the summer of 2009 as a Visual Development Artist.
