For additional help, please go to Y:\Courses\AC760_Windsor_Spring_2007. In there are folders for marker, actor, character, blending, and IK. Within each folder is an index.htm file. Open it and read the small explanations. If you have any suggestions for changing these, please let me know...the better feedback I get from you, the better I can make the class.

To use web-based SEI forms,

  1. Go to http://www.buckeyelink.osu.edu
  2. Click on the link titled "View Class Schedule."
  3. Enter your OSU username and password.
  4. Use the drop-down menu to select the current quarter.
  5. Click on the button labeled "View Schedule."
  6. Look to the far right in the "SEI Online" column.  Click on the name of the instructor you wish to evaluate.
  7. Respond to the 10-item questionnaire.  The questions are exactly the same as on the paper SEI form.
  8. If a box for comments appears on the form, type any feedback you'd like your instructor to receive (or respond to the questions your instructor asked you to consider).
  9. When you are finished, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.  Do not press "Submit" until you are certain of your responses.

 

Once the Submit button is pressed, you cannot change your responses.  Only students enrolled in the course can access the web-based SEI for a particular call number.
