Operating the Camera Stand

Set Up Make sure that the power cord is plugged-in and that the power strip is ON Plug the FireWire cord into the port on the front of the computer Turn camera ON (to Camera Mode) Press the Record Button on the Camera Log Onto the computer Open Adobe Premiere Change the Load Project Settings to: NTSC 640 x 480 Once Premiere opens, go to Adobe Premiere> Preferences> General/Still Image Change the Still Image Default Duration to: 1 frames Click OK File> Save As Save your Premiere file to your Documents Folder File> Capture> Stop Motion Place your Field Chart on the Camera Stand and line-up the shot (Check your image! Make sure it is not upside down) Remember: you will be shooting on 2's (meaning, two shots per drawing) Click the START button Press the STEP twice for each frame When done, click the Stop Button and Save your file This creates a TEMP file File> Export> Clip Save as QuickTime 640 x 480
