5. How would the the domes in rooms IX and XI have
been roofed?

Tim: Is there any evidence (from the excavation) of tiles that could have been used on the half domes? I would assume the half domes were covered with tiles.
  Fikret:
Jayni: I think what you have is probably correct.

6. Where was the entrance to the south service area.
I am showing it out front as pictured above. How would
people have entered this space, if it wasn't there?

  Tim:
  Fikret:
Jayni: I would put it around the corner out of site (on the short west wall that juts out from between XI and XIII)

7. Were there doors or only door openings? I have
drawn openings that are completely orthagonal.
However, some of the photocopies that I received from
Jayni indicate a small arch at the top of the opening.

  Tim:
  Fikret:
Jayni: Keep the service entries basic as you have here. The major entries, into XII especiallly need to be more monumentalized. You need to know you're entering something special. Probably best indicated by a semicircular arch.

8. Is there somewhere that I might find more information
on how a person would have entered the baths in rooms
IV and V. I am still a bit confused with Tim's answer
to set 2 question 5. I thought that there was a few steps
and a wall that was low enough that a person would climb
over and step down into the baths.
How high would the
water have been?

  Tim:
  Fikret:
Jayni: Water height in frigidarium plunges would not have been over a meter.
