Shaders - "Do we really know?"


Star shader.

Created using bombing and perturbing regular patterns. Sky color and density of stars can be set. Distance of stars determines brightness and size of stars.


Space Stones without craters and with craters
The color of stones are controlled by the near_fire parameter which changes the color of the planet stones from brown to fire redish/orange. The craters place randomly shaped and placed dents on the stone.


Planet Shader
Randomly creates patches of land (green) and sea (blue). In the same shader raises the land height to the height specified by the parameter land_alt and/or lowers the sea to the height specified by sea_alt. Creates clouds around the planet. The density of the clouds can be changed by the parameter cloudy.
