Each team will present a working game prototype that implements the System Design.
The emphasis for the prototype is a minimal but complete representation of all the game states. The game should be deployable and useable on the arcade machine, i.e. the ROM package should be in place, the attract loop should cycle, basic controls should function, and some rudimentary game play should be possible.
