your grade will be calculated using the following form:

create a web page named index.html that embeds your task05.swf and links to your task05.fla .

copy your .html and any required files into a folder named task05 inside your pca folder (i.e. Z:\HTML\pca\task05\). ensure that you can reach your web page through the student work page, and that everything loads correctly.
