What's New

This is the second release of The ONLINE Annotated VRML 97 Reference by Rikk Carey and Gavin Bell. This site is based on the printed book, The VRML 2.0 Reference Manual, published by Addison Wesley Longman, Inc.This new online version includes a variety of improvements in the Web experience. In particular, Chapter 2 Concepts and Chapter 3 Nodes have been divided into smaller chunks and thus results in much faster access (Concepts has been divided into one section per page and Nodes have been divided into one node per page). Also, the navigation bar at the top of every page includes a pulldown menu for fast access to any section in chapters 2 and 3 (see "Jump to a concept" and "Jump to a node").
